To push myself further, I took on the challenge of using Illustrator to meticulously draw Yayoi Kusama's entire face, including her glasses, circle by circle.

During the process, I encountered a few hurdles to overcome. The combination of a red background and white dots posed difficulties in placing text on the image. However, since these colors are part of the artist's official palette, I opted not to make any changes. Instead, I focused on enhancing its prominence by implementing the following strategies:

1. Employing a darker tone for the word "Ladies" makes it stand out more prominently.

2. Introducing a white layer beneath the darkened words to enhance their visibility.

3. The face itself had colors similar to the background, causing it to blend in. To address this, I transformed the face from a 2-D image to a 3-D representation, allowing it to visually pop out from the flat background.

4. Placing a mousepad on the image alone would have made it appear as a simple rectangular picture. I transformed it into different perspectives and created a shadow effect to add depth and enhance its impact on a flat screen.

By employing these techniques, the image and its components became more visually striking and distinguished on the overall composition.
